I recently had a banner ironed onto a tablecloth that I use to cover a table at a market stall. Embroid-Ideas were the only company I contacted for this and I was very happy with their work.
I came across their advertisement in the Peninsula SuperPages and was immediately attracted by the bright colours and the 'happy looking' and clear layout of the information provided. When I called, I was put through to Hans and he gave me clear options as to how I could achieve the result I was after. I only ever dealt with Hans which made things very easy.
I then went to meet him in his shop in Seaford and we designed a layout for the banner. The result was excellent and suited my purpose perfectly. Hans demonstrated an unacanny ability to hear my ideas and put them onto the screen in record time and exaclty as I saw them in my mind.
Two days later I took the tablecloth and my table in so that we could set them up and decide together where to apply the banner. Again, there was no rush, just easy professionalism. The banner was applied that same day, saving me another trip to Seaford.
The whole process only took four days, which to me was a record time. This really helped me out as I had a market the following weekend and was really happy to have my new presentation ready for it.
The price was also very reasonable, and I was able to pay by credit card.
All in all, I can say that I am more than happy with the service at Embroid-Ideas. I will definitely be going back. I have been waiting five years to find the right place for my promotional materials to be made. Over that time, I have contacted a few businesses but never felt that they were the right ones for me. At last, I have found the right place. Thank you Hans and Trish at Emroid-Ideas. |

Embroid-Ideas have gone out of their way to supply garments to my personal strict satisfaction.Any issues that may arise out of there control (machine etc etc) is promptly replaced without question.
Without their help/support my new clothing line would certainly not be where it is now.
